* Top of the line queen mattress for 1 or 2 guests - beautiful, quiet space with your own, separate bath. Easy access to freeway. Gorgeous and peaceful setting next to trails, city parks and bike paths. 10 min by car to Denton, 20 min to DFW and 30 min to Dallas. * No parties, filming or film crews (I do get asked). * Beautiful private bedroom, comfy mattress, cable TV and WIFI and your own, separate bath with supplies. * Guests have access to a separate living area with desk, dining table, couch, recliner and Smart TV. This area is the front part of the house, off of the entryway. * No parties. No filming. No film crews. * All new guests are met in person between 3 - 9pm in order to be shown how to use the code lock and to be shown to their accomodations. * Repeat Guests are sent a code and can "self check-in" at any hour, without being met in person. * This is your "home away from home". Rest and relax in peace and quiet. If this is your first visit, we will meet at the door between 3-9pm and you will be shown to your accommodations. After that, interaction is up to you. * For your privacy, you have the bedroom and the use of a separate living area. The kitchen serves as a buffer between the host and guest living areas. Enjoy your stay. * Guests are welcome to visit with me in my living area.. and many do! * A peaceful, quiet suburb with easy access to Denton and Dallas, located next to city parks, bike paths and walking trails . * A beautiful, secluded bedroom to ensure peace and quiet. * Your own, separate bath furnished with all the extras. * Your own living area with recliner, desk and big-screen TV. * A gracious and accomodating host to see to your every need. You will need a car. If you do not have your own car, either a rental or a service like Uber or Lyft will be necessary. * At times, I dog-sit little dogs under 25 pounds. * Please, park in the driveway on the left side, 6 feet back from the garage door * Arrive during check-in hours (3 - 9pm).
