It has 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and wifi. Open through lounge/kitchen area that contains 2 sofabeds. The house is part of a 6 house complex with a shared pool outside the front door. !0-15 walk is Miami beach and the famous Oistins area. Close by is a supermarket, gym and several rumshops/bars. It is 6-house complex with a shared pool. The shared pool is outside this house. The other 5 houses are all foreign owned being used for their own holiday plans. It house is the only house available for rent. More often than not, the other 5 houses will be unoccupied. No other house uses the pool. There is ample parking.
