Before requesting a reservation, make sure you agree with the property's rules. Fast internet connection (200mb/s), two bathrooms (one suite), office with a monitor, complete kitchen with freezer, cook top, oven, and microwave. Washer & Dryer available in the apartment. We provide bed linen and towels for the exact number of people on the reservation. Kitchen and cleaning utensils included. In the building, you'll have access to a swimming pool, gym, playground. You'll also have access to a parking garage. These spaces are shared with other residents. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, security cameras and safety nets on the apartment windows. You'll have access to the whole apartment and the shared spaces in the building. Visitors are not allowed in the swimming pool and gym, only guests. We are located between 3 different neighborhoods in Zona Sul. That means you can easily move around the city and enjoy places like Liberdade (specially amazing on Sundays), Aclimação Park, 25 de Março, Mercadão, Paulista Avenue, MASP and so so much more. We have subway stations around (Liberdade, São Joaquim). We advise guests to take a bus to the nearest subway station. Sometimes, Uber X can be cheaper than paying for public transportation (that, of course, if you're not travelling alone). If you're coming from Guarulhos Airport, Uber would also be a good choice. You can take buses to almost anywhere in São Paulo from our place. There are buses that can quickly take you to Liberdade, Mercadão and subway stations around us (São Joaquim or Liberdade). The apartment's in a gated building with doorman and 24h security.
