We have 4 types of Flats: - Standard: Minor; bedroom and living room with kitchen; located on the 1st floor. - Loft: New; with a large environment with kitchen; located on the 2nd floor. - Special: Bedroom and living room with kitchen and balcony sea view; located on the 1st floor. - Superior: New; with 2 compact bedrooms; living room with kitchen and balcony wide sea view; located on the 2nd floor. Our Special Category Flat, from this listing, is a Balcony Front Flat, ideal for 2 to 5 people, accommodating up to 6 by adding an extra mattress. It offers the following amenities: - Split air room, 32 ”SMART TV, Sky, free Netflix, double box bed, dresser with clothes rack, mirror, electronic safe, luggage rack, mini iron and mini ironing board. - Bathroom with electric shower, hygienic shower, hairdryer and amenities kit (on the day of arrival). - Split air room, LCD TV, high double futon sofa bed with twin auxiliary bed, suitcase stand, gourmet 4 stools table, kitchenette with cooktop stove, microwave, fridge, water purifier, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and various kitchen utensils. - Balcony with hammock, table with 2 chairs, portable clothesline and sea view. - Free WiFi internet. Location: Our Flats are located in the outside area of a hostel (with independent management), at the end of the charming Vila do Morro Street / Center, almost at the beginning of Rua da Primeira Praia. Being 40 meters from the beautiful First Beach which offers wonderful views, delicious sea bathing, seafront bar services, plus the famous Morro zip line. In Vila, very close to the Flats you will find great bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, cafeteria, shops, and other trades. Just 300 meters from the Flats is the trendy 2nd beach offering day and night life. Until the 4th beach, it is 1.2km. And until the maritime terminal is 400m. Our guests count as a privileged location for those who want to know the hill with ease of travel. Additional Notes: - Check in between 14 and 19h. Check out: until 11:30.
