Comfortable beach house in Cond. Interlagos, Bahia

Casa Macedo is a pleasant beach house in the prestigious Interlagos beach-front gated-community, only 25 minutes (12 miles/20 Km) north of the Salvador International Airport. It has a club house with complete infrastructure (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, soccer fields, convenience store, bike/running trails, games room, children's playground). The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 16 people, a few steps (164 yards/150m) from the beach, and is water front (fresh water). The house is approximately 4,300 sq.ft (400 m2), four suites, two stories and a large outdoor entertainment area, including swimming pool, kiosk and barbecue. On the ground floor, we have living room, TV / games room (WiFi by optical fiber available) and there is also a large suite and a balcony, as well as a half bath, pantry, kitchen, eating area, laundry and covered garage. On the second floor, we have three additional suites, all with double beds, closets. All suites have air conditioning. In the larger two, there is also a single bed, two beds, in each of them. In the outdoor area, in addition to a large balcony, there is a kiosk with barbecue and a full bathroom, outdoor shower, swimming pool, large green area and a yard with fruit trees. The house accommodates 16 people to sleep comfortably. In addition to easy access to the beach (where there are options of open sea and also protected by reefs), which form pleasant pools of calm water, just in front of the house there is an arm of the Interlagos lagoon (fresh water) The entire house is available to guests during the period of stay, including being able to use all appliances, kitchen items, barbecue and pool, keeping, of course, the perfect conditions of use of all items. The guests can have the support of a home keeper (not resident in the house), who takes care of the pool, the garden and cleaning outside areas, in addition to being available for eventual maintenance, if necessary. The access to the Interlagos subdivision is private, guarded 24/7, including on the beach. Lifeguards are also present at the beach and pool at the specified times. Pets are not allowed. The infrastructure of the subdivision, which is completely available to residents and visitors, includes soccer fields, sports courts, tennis courts, bike and running trails, in addition to the large lake of Interlagos, which allows swimming and pleasant family fun, and the condominium club house, which has a large swimming pool, party room, games room, children's playground, restaurant, fitness center, beauty salon, convenience store and mini aviary. Throughout the summer, the subdivision often hosts parties and live music shows at the club house (besides, of course, the larger events hosted at New Year's Eve and Carnival), which are open to all residents and visitors. The Interlagos administration also offers first aid services, with paramedics and building maintenance, for basic services. Access to the condominium is only by prior appointment and the all visitors (including renters and guests) must be in the system in advance to be allowed entry. You will have attractions for everyone to have fun, rest, relax and enjoy great and unforgettable family moments, with comfort, tranquility and security. Interlagos is 12 miles north of the SSA airport. Guests and visitors can arrive by car (the house has four parking spaces) or use transportation services (taxi, Uber, etc), which can access the subdivision, with prior express authorization at the concierge. Public transportation is also possible (bus stop on the road, in in front of the condominium entrance). Interlagos Surroundings Less than 3 miles (4 Km) north of Interlagos we have the village of Arembepe, a fisherman village that houses a hippie culture that has attracted names such as James Joplin and others. Arembepe has beach front restaurants, groceries, fisheries (you can buy fresh caught fish every morning!), bakeries, pharmacies, banks, health centers and other services. Going a few miles north of that (30 min ride) you arrive at the world-known, "Praia do Forte", with its famous village, shops and the pioneer Tamar Turtle-conservation Project. From Interlagos going south (40min) you reach "Salvador de Bahia", a main historic and touristic city in Brazil, culturally rich, full of music and flavors. At Salvador you have the "Pelourinho", the "Mercado Modelo" and many other attactions. Interlagos 4 miles from Interlagos we also have a Premium Outlet with different types of stores where you can buy the latest fashion in clothes and outwear. Salvador International Airport (SSA) is located only 12 miles away. Next to the airport we have the Salvador Norte Shopping mall and also famous Itapuã beach aerea with its sand dunes, light house, bars and restaurants.
