Newly built house in residential area, steps away from the beach- (2 min walk). Excellent location and connectivity to other cities. The house is connected to the road to "Puerto Montt" and the road to "Ensenada". Located steps away from the supermarkets, laundry services, pharmacy, and the best restaurants and pubs available in town. You can choose to have a beautiful walk around the lake to the city center of Puerto Varas (1.3miles). House with great natural light, decorated with local identity, central heating, just built with all appliances and a brand new barbecue area. The house has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them an ensuite with a king size bed, the second room has 2 single beds and one of them is a trundle, whilst the living room has a futon for a sixth person. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, freezer, oven, kitchen hob and a toaster. Outside you will find a barbecue area with stainless steel appliances. Private parking space with own entrance. I give my host complete independence, but I am available if they need me. Puerto Varas is a beautiful town, and you can enjoy you stay in our house "CASA 2" throughout the whole year. At summer you can take advantage of the beautiful beach that is only a couple of minutes away, and practice all the nautic and outdoor sports that you wish, as well as on winter, were you can find the ski center and the hot tubs nearby. Our house is 40 minutes away from the ´Teski´ ski center, located in the Osorno Volcano. Of course the views of the volcanoes, lakes and birds are beautiful regardless of the season.
