Pandora's Attic

Come stay in a cozy attic with around 40m2. The place has a beautiful view of the Bocaina mountain range and it is located less than 500 meters from the beach. The access to the attic is by an independent stair, outside the house, but inside the grounds of the house, which guarantees privacy and security to the guests. There are a double bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating four people. The place is ideal for families or groups of good friends who want to save money. The space has two ceiling fans, air conditioner and hot water in the shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and various utensils such as cutlery, pots, glasses, dishes, etc., which ensures convenience for those who want to economize or enjoy cooking and miss homemade food. Guests can use the laundry facilities for a fee of 30 reais per use. We request that you do not smoke inside the internal area of the house. In addition, we have a yard with many plants (depending on the time of the year with beautiful flowers), hammock to rest and we have a shower with fresh water in the yard. We have one dog and five cats. Some are shy, others are not. Some maybe want to interact with the guests. We hope you enjoy our four-legged "kids". We will be your neighbors so we are at your disposal during your stay for any questions. It is possible to hire (extra) our services to make trips to beaches, waterfalls, trails, stills, etc. The neighborhood of Jabaquara has a beach without wave, with several kiosks by the sea, great for those who like to spend the day on the beach with convenience. The beach is also good for those who like to row. It is possible to rent kayak and stand-up paddle along the waterfront. In the neighborhood there are also several restaurants and two markets. There is transportation every hour in a circular bus passing through the Historic Center, Bus Station and other neighborhoods. The walk to the Historic Center by the beach or sidewalk is easy and very pleasant, taking around 15 minutes. If you choose to go by car, the journey takes approximately 5 minutes. The house is located on a paved street that does not flood!
