Apartment steps from downtown, Lake and Casino

New apartment, with 4 or 5 person capacity. Master bedroom with 2 person bed, living has a sofa bed for 2 more people and also there’s a folding bed for a 5th person. The apartment is full electric. It is located one block from downtown Puerto Varas, 5 from the casino, 6 from the lake and next to a supermarket. Also, the building has access to laundry, gym and barbecue sector. There is no parking. The apartment is located in a new building, delivered in December 2017. It has South orientation and is located on the second floor. The apartment has a bedroom suite, a living room and kitchenette, which is equipped with crockery for 6 people. The way to contact me is through the phone or by wasapp, since I am not on the property. We are 3 blocks from the Plaza de Puerto Varas and 4 from the waterfront and Lake Llanquihue. The building is located in a traditional neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the clinic Puerto Varas and adjacent to supermarket Lider. The city of Puerto Varas is a strategic place to get to know the attractions of the area, such as Los Saltos del Petrohue, Todos los Santos Lake, Osorno Volcano, Chiloe, Frutillar, etc. Only one block away is the bus stop for minibuses that will connect you to the other cities (Puerto Montt, Llanquihue, Frutillar, Nueva Braunau, Osorno, Ensenada, Saltos de Petrohué). The Turbus bus terminal is only 2 blocks from the building. The "El Tepual" airport of Puerto Montt is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In Puerto Varas, plastic bags have been forbidden for almost 2 years, so the apartment has reusable bags if you need them.
