One bedroom apartment located on lower level of large home situated along the St. John's river. The bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser with mirror and a large closet. TV is also located in the bedroom. The apartment has a full bathroom with tub and shower, full eat-in kitchen with gas stove, double-oven, full-size refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. There is also a library/study on the opposite side of breezeway to enjoy the view of the water along with a deck to listen to the waterfall. Central A/C and Heat, along with Satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Covered parking in the breezeway is reserved for our guests.
