Sweetspot is a 2nd level apartment in the Rockley Golf & Country Club on the South Coast (Christ Church). This very private and secure unit boasts expansive golf course and lush tropical views. Newly renovated, with an open plan kitchen/bedroom, and king size bed which sleeps up to 2. Centrally located, easy walking distance to the famous Accra beach/Rockley Beach, grocery, shopping, restaurants and many other amenities. Communal pool and laundry. Non-Smoking. Our apartment is on 2nd level which provides a much more private and secure location than the ground floor apartments. The entrance is located at the end of the access walkway which allows you to have your windows or doors open without worry that people will be walking past to access other apartments. You have access to the pool but there are fees for use of the tennis courts and the golf course. We will provide you with an access code for the door key safe where you will find the key to open the door and let yourself in. You will have our mobile number in case of emergency or in case you have any questions. Rockley Golf & Country Club is a community of privately owned studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments located centrally in the south coast of Barbados. These units are surrounded by a lush tropical golf course and are divided into clusters, each with a communal pool and laundry facility. Golf and tennis are available for additional fees. Easy access to all amenities and services either by walking, bus, taxi, hired car. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The famous Accra Beach is a 10 minute walk with other beaches even closer. Many night clubs and restaurants are found in St. Lawrence Gap, 15 minutes walking or less than 5 minutes by vehicle. There are many different forms of public transportation available close to the entrance of the resort. You can hire a car if you want to be adventurous, or you can have one of the many excursion companies arrange your sightseeing for you. We supply a cleaning service once per week (for bookings of 7nights+). We will provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by you. The communal pool has tables and chairs available for your use. There is no smoking permitted in the apartment and on the balcony (as the smell will come inside and then there will be a cleaning fee of US$250). As this is a quiet neighborhood of apartments, please be considerate of the people who are living around you regarding noise levels. Entertaining or events are not permitted in the room, balcony or property.
