Calypso Apt...stay here, explore everywhere.

Inspired by the clean lines of Scandinavian design and the bright colours of life in the tropics, Calypso is nestled into the cool coral stone. The space offers guests a nice place to recharge between excursions in the country. With several rugged beaches nearby to explore, guests can unwind between beaches or simply explore for the day. Returning to reenergise in the evenings. For the avid surfer/kite surfer you’ve got an out door shower and pipe to rinse yourself and gear post surf. Guest have their own space. A large kitchenette, spacious shower, comfy couch to lounge on and the option to dine inside or outside. There’s also an outdoor shower if you just want to rinse the salt of your sun kisses skin. We’re located close to the airport so you can maximise your vacation time. And conveniently close to several rustic and remote beaches....Foul Bay, Consette Bay, Shark’s Hole, Ginger Bay.....and that’s just to name a few. Guests will receive a gate remote and have access to ample parking. The kitchenette should have all that’s required for basic meals if guests choose to dine in. Depending on work our schedules, we often like to engage with our guests. However the space offers guests maximum privacy for those who prefer to keep it simple. We are usually both available via text to assist with any queries and offer advice. It’s a small close knit neighbourhood. Very safe and pretty quiet. A rental car is your best bet. Once you’re in the more rural parts of the country public transport can be unreliable. Scooters are also available on the island. As motorcycle rider, it’s enjoyable to see the island on two wheels, but I would recommend this for maybe only part of the stay. Taxis can be arranged, but once again if you’re on a budget the cost can add up quickly. Plus you won’t have the freedom to explore like you would with transport of your own. There is a large supermarket located 10 mins drive away to help you stock up your fridge for your stay. Or you can go to the village mini mart located even closer by for essentials. Prices in village mini marts tend to be cheaper and they accept cards, which is super handy if you don’t have cash on you.
