Timberframe

The Timberframe is a handmade seasonal building with a full size memory foam bed on the same property as the main house. It was my Old Painting Studio. Timberframe not fully insulated, but has a Propane Heater that works well. The full bathroom in the main house i had to change due to Covid-19. I bought a porty-potty 40 feet from the Timberframe, outdoor hand washing sink and a sun shower. Our Boodle Hole Beach is 4 min car ride away..beautiful refreshing stream, 13 acres.. The Timberframe is hand built and carved. It was my original painting studio that I turned into a guest space. It is not fully insulated so it works best March through end of Nov depending on the weather and your cold tolerance. It has a Big Buddy Propane heater, a small fridge, coffee maker, extra blankets and a very comfortable bed. Fire pit right outside and 2 min car ride to our other property Boodle Hole beach 13 acres with a stream. Guests have private beautiful structure to sleep in, or sit in armchairs and relax. Cooking bathroom sink are all outdoors. There is a firepit you are welcome to use. 4 minutes away we own 13 acres .. our Boodle Hole beach with a stream and beach. I live and paint in the main house, but the Timberframe is private. The Hudson Valley is truly one of the most beautiful areas ( and i have traveled). This area is not only gorgeous but we live in a very artistic and conscious community. One needs a car here. Once here we have bikes you can use to stroll around. I made a local map of places to eat and small towns near here . All this is in a booklet with information you need.
