A nice place to relax in one of the best beach paradises of Brazil, Angra dos Reis. The 90m2 apartment has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen/ laundry and two suites. All spaces are very bright and have air conditioning. In addition to the beach with calm water and the marina, you will have at your disposal pool, sauna and grill in the building itself. Guests can enjoy the Porto Frade Country Club, with swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, volleyball and football, as well as children's play areas. Leisure options include beach, hiking trails, waterfall, boat rides, boat rentals. You can visit several islands and exclusive beaches of Ilha Grande Bay. Inside the condominium there are 4 restaurants (French, Japanese, pizzeria, creperie) that operate in the evening. At the entrance, next to the gas station, there is a restaurant that serves for lunch. There is still a small emporium with fresh bread every day. In the village of Frade there are several other options for food. The condominium is private and has 24 hour surveillance. About 1,5km is Frade Village where you can count on the infrastructure of a small town. The picturesque town of Paraty is 60km south and Angra dos Reis is 35km north. Inside the condominium there is a club, golf course, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, ice cream parlors, shops, boat rentals. The condominium's beach is very quiet and reserved, with calm waters. Due to the proximity to the village, in a few days the sea water quality could be compromised. The condominiun is at Rodovia Rio-Santos (BR-101) km 512,5 just 1,5 km after Frade Village, in the roundabout of ALE gas station. The condominium Frade is about 200km from Rio de Janeiro and it´s easily accessible by the Rio-Santos highway, by bus or car. There is a safe parking area in front of the flat. The Condo has 24hs surveillance. Electric voltage is 110V. Keep the air conditioning off if you are not in the apartment. There is a deposit for the garbage beside the parking lot (ask the concierge)
