Pleasant house in beautiful Paraty

Available room with 2 beds in a calm and family-like condominium in Paraty. The place is 10min walking from the Historical Center and close to the bikeway, the river and several banks and markets. Stay like the locals: in a colored condominium full of trees, where the middle-class families live, very close to the historical center and the main attractions of the city. Bedroom with cabinet, balcony, ceiling fan and bathroom the next door. You can use the living room, the kitchen and the backyard to feel home. I believe I am a present person, who can give information, tips and full treatement, even online and by mobile. I also offer you a delicious breakfast :) Very peaceful with families, children, trees, pets and a safe feeling that is an extra about staying in my place: here people leave doors always open, not only when the summer heat is on :) You'll be 5min walking to the Bus Station and I also have a parking place for 2 cars. Close to my place you can find car rent offices and is easy to get around from here by bike. I have a couple of cute pets, hope you fall in love with them: two smart poddles and two very cute kittens.
