Detached bedroom, private entrance, en-suite bath!

Our place is close to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy (7 min by car), and Sandy Point State Park (12 minutes by car). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, the location is convenient for day trips to Baltimore or Washington DC and Annapolis itself is beautiful. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The room has a private entrance and is spacious and bright! You will have a private entrance and access to a second downstairs kitchenette, shared downstairs living room and laundry facilities. Tanya is generally available in the home and is happy to assist in any way that may be needed. It's a quiet suburban neighborhood. There is a small patch of woods behind the house, and we often spend cool evenings around a fire on the back patio. The beautiful 25 mile Baltimore and Annapolis biking/walking trail is less than a mile from our house as well. There is plenty of parking on our street, but it's not very convenient for public transportation. This being said, Uber and Lyft are easily available, and many of our guests use these services to get around. The bedroom is detached, so sound is not generally an issue. However, you will here the normal sounds of family life going on above the shared family room.
