With open design, heaps of glass windows and high ceiling, a mezzanine, the architecture of the house beautifully integrates its interior with the rich rain forest outside. The social areas are ample, and integrated though the many glass windows. You can cook and wash the dishes while still maintaining a conversation with friends in veranda, barbecue and pool areas. The house is a 400 meters-walk to the paradisiacal beach, 400 meters walk to the highway, waterfall and public transport that takes you to São Sebastião town centre in 30 minutes (16 k away) An outside shower for when you come back from the beach. There is a covered car park. All sleeping rooms are air-conditioned and fanned. Two rooms have an older air condition and two have newer ones. There is a parabolic TV antena that shows normal TV channels. Bathrooms are on second floor. There is a charming little house in the back of the land, which is rented separately to the main house. The little house is separated to the main house by a fence and can be accessed through the block of land next door. Once booking is confirmed, the guest will receive an itinerary with instructions on how to get here. Owners generally do not interact with guests but guests may bump into the gardner or collect the key from the owner who lives on a separate little place in the rear of the land. Similarly, at the end of the stay, the key should be returned to the owner. Although Toque Toque Grande is one of the quietest neighbourhoods, during holidays one may encounter some noise from rentes houses who through a party. We ask our guests to collaborate with keeping the noise down after midnight. 10 Ks SW to Maresias, 15 Ks NE to São Sebastião. Bus that goes to São Sebastião passes in from of the house in the morning, midday and end of the day. More busses to town can be caught on the highway, 400mts from the house.
