Cozy and comfortable in-law suite

Private bed & bath, den w/ large flat screen, pull out sofa bed,, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig, Queen bed, screened in porch. COVID SAFETY- WE WILL NOT COME INTO YOUR SPACE WHEN YOU ARE HERE, unless needed. but, please feel free to reach out to us, we are always here for you. We have had some unpleasant experiences with guests who travel with dogs WE NO LONGER ALLOW PETS The space is on the ground floor, originally an In-law suite. There is a wet bar, kitchenette, modern bathroom and screened in porch with private back yard. Our family lives in the upper part of the house. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with gel topped mattress, sofa bed in den. All amenities are available ( sheets, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towels etc) We walk through the space to get to the garage, basement office and laundryroom, but when are here we do not come into the space. While it is occupied we will not bother you. The porch has the furniture out only in the summer months. The rest of the year it is empty, however you are welcome to use it. Can access the living area through screened in porch or garage. Park all the way at the top of the driveway, not on the street. Our family lives in the house, one of us is always home and would be available to help you in any way. Eu falo Portuguese, I speak Portuguese, some Spanish. This is a family neighborhood, lots of children and dogs. Everyone knows each other. The neighborhood has walking trails into town and down along the creek. There is a Pharmacy, Italian restaurant, nail salon and local bar at the end of the street. 4 miles to the quaint village of Doylestown, 2 miles from Montgomeryville Mall, Target, Walmart, Michael's all the chain stores and restaurants. 30 miles to Philadelphia. about a 50 minute train ride. The train is about a mile from the house. 1 mile from SEPTA Regional Rail to Philadelphia which also goes to Doylestown. We are on # R5 regional rail to Doylestown, generally people drive locally and take the train into the city. There is no public transportation. This is a suburban walking community. There is Uber available. This is a single family home neighborhood, walking community. We have an excellent trail system for walking. There is no public transportation, however the train is 1 mile from our house and takes you into center city Philadelphia. Your space has large flat screen TV and Roku.
