Perfect getaway for families! Quiet neighborhood to enjoy that amazing beach life! Three bedroom, two bathroom with large dine in kitchen and separate laundry room, sun porch and patio with firepit and grill. Toddler bed and pack and play available, along with infant/toddler toys and books. Home has TV (Roku stick) in living room with lots of DVDs and Wi-fi. Discounts for weekly and monthly stays. TV (with Roku) with DVD player in living room (DVD collection is available for use). Most of the house has child safety in mind (plug covers, cabinet locks). We also have a Keurig coffee maker that takes k cups. Towels and linens provided. We have chairs for the beach, beach towels, and beach mat. Driveway parking (gravel). Grill, Patio, private yard and driveway (gravel) Owner lives nearby and is available by email. Quiet neighborhood, 1 block to river, about 1 mile to Town Center and public beaches. There is a seasonal trolley (Memorial-Labor Day). Golf cart rental is available in town and it's the perfect way to get around town! Although we do not let animals stay there now, there have previously been pets in the home.
