(Anhembi, Expor Center Norte) Cozy Flat located in the heart on Santana - 11o floor - Nice view of the Sao Paulo forest (Serra da Cantareira); - 60 megabytes of high-speed Internet -Living room - a big sofa for 4 people chill out comfortably; - PS3 - - Dinner Room with 8 places and Air Conditioned - Gourmet kitchen redecorated with everything you need for making an amazing meal. - 3 Bedrooms: 1st bedroom (ensuite) with a Queen size and A/C, 2nd bedroom with 3 singles bedroom and finally 3rd Bedroom was transformed in a closet (Big wardrobes and mirrors). - All bed linens are changed every week and hygienize before your check-in; - All mattresses were changed in December of 2018 and they have mattress protection also hygienize after before your check-in. - 2 Bathrooms, pack of guest towels (Hand and shower towels). Dry Sauna, Swimiing pool and a small gym I am always available by phone 24/7 and there is a manager available to help you if needed in person. The neighborhood is filled with great shops and bars. We are near of Anhembi (Most Important Event Center of Sao Paulo), Malls, Library, Gymnasium , Bar do Luiz (maybe the best bar in the city) is just a block away. All within a five minute walk from the apartment. Fifteen minute walk to the Santana Station (Subway). Bus stop in front of the apartment.
