In Law Unit in Beautiful Home Separate Entrance

I have recently painted walls and floor replaced the toilet seat and sanded the kitchen countertops. A private separate entrance to the small private kitchen, private bath (shower toilet, & handbasin), and large room. I allow pets but you must let me know in advance and agree on the pet fee. living room (total about 600 square feet): (1) the sleeping area has a Temperpedic Queen bed, storage, closet, (2) TV and chairs, (3) office space provides. There is both a microwave and toaster oven. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the coziness of the spaciousness that is not full of stuff. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. An extra bed can be arranged for a group of three—it would be in the same room as the double bed. You can dine outside just let me know if you need this! You will enjoy your own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. You may share the laundry area as well as the backyard. I am a hands-off hosts --I am there if you need me but I will leave you very much to your call me if you need me. My place is close to Sausal Creek Trail, 3 Seasons Thai Bistro, Joaquin Miller Park, Woodminster Amphitheatre, and Red Boy Pizza. My place is close to a causal car-pool -drivers pick up rider for the early morning compute to SF. The 33 bus is 7 minute walk away. Rockridge BART station and MacArthur BART are each about a 10 minute drive from my place. There is usually plenty of parking. The apartment is reached after 39 steps--but the views are spectacular.
