Cómoda habitación en condominio céntrico

This is an apartment in a big condo, very safe and quiet. It has all the facilities everyone needs. My apartament is 6 years old place with all the services like cable TV with Netflix service, internet wifi, a balcony, hot water shower. I live here with my wife and my 5-year-old daughter. The apartament is in the 9th floor and you have 2 elevators to access to it. I'm at home several hours a day because I work online. I'm a teacher too and I work at the evening. Spanish classes available. Not included in the price. It's a very quiet neighbourhood with private security service and clean service. We have a nice private park with a playground for kids and a kiosk. The access to main avenues is very easy. It's close to Plaza San Miguel Mall and Open Plaza Mall. There is a hipermarket Metro too. It's very easy and fast to get to the airport and to the beach. It's quiet close to Miraflores district. You can reach any place in Lima by taxi, bus or car easily because It's a well located place and relatively close to the airport. You can check-in whenever time because we know the international arrivals from the airport are late.
