-The self contained (separate access) apartment is downstairs. -The apartment has just undergone a full refurbishment in 2021. -It has mosquito nets on all windows -It is a very breezy apartment, however there is a fan -There is a lovely area to sit outside your own door . -There is parking on the drive. -You also have full access to the lime and Ackee on the trees (if in season) -Buses to Town, GrandAnse beach, the local supermarket, banks and many other locations stop right outside the gate. The apartment is very breezy so you rarely need to use the fan it is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows allowing for the opening of windows to enjoy the beautiful breeze. You have your own access, your personal outside area to chill out. it is equipped with your own washing machine and if need be I can introduce you to the lovely lady and her company who looks after the property while I am away, between us both we will always get you sorted. So it’s therefore a good place for long term rent for those studying or working on the beautiful Island of Grenada. This is a lovely spot with its own driveway for parking convenience. You can sit chill and watch your own beautiful sunrise, there is lime, ackee and mango depending on the time of year growing in the garden, please help yourself. This is an ideal location for travelling around Grenada as the buses stop right outside the gate ideal for travelling to the airport, SGU, True Blue Bay, Lance AuxEpines Beach, GrandAnse shopping Mall and beach, wall street for banking and business, Excel Plaza and if you prefer a nice leisurely walk the maximum distance to any of the above named is around 30 minutes. The bus outside the gate also takes you straight into lovely St.Georges Town Centre, where you can pick up the cruise ships or the Osprey to neighboring Islands I am actually based in the Uk, however I have installed a security key box, the code will be given a few days before your arrival, my mobile number and email would be supplied on booking The neighbourhood is really close to beach, the mall, the shops. When I am in Grenada I sometimes walk to the beach if I fancy a stroll. There is also little vendors around that sell roti etc THE BUSES TO THE MAIN BEACH, BANKS, MALLS, STOPS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE GATE. There is not really a need to hire a car unless you wish to. If you decide to take a leisurely stroll you can reach the main amenities within 30mins Long term availability if required
