Cozy, sleek, and modern studio apartment at the top (26th floor) of one of the tallest residential towers in the city of San Juan. Corner apartment with amazing 180-degree view of the city including the ocean, Condado Lagoon, and San Juan Bay. Being on top of San Juan means a nice cross of trade winds will flow through the studio if you have the windows open. Plenty of natural light with very little need for lighting during the day. The amazing views will allow you to see the city at work as the sun crosses throughout the day. The property is well located. Most points of interest are within a 5-10 min. drive. 10-min. walk to the nearest beach at Laguna de Condado. Our studio is fully equipped with everything you may need to feel comfortable. Fully renovated bathroom and open kitchen surface-top electric stove with quartz countertop and island for eating. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware and basic provisions. In addition, it contains a stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. Various bath towels and two beach towels provided for use during your stay. Toiletries will be provided. The property does have free on-street parking that you may use. For added security, we do have an enclosed secure parking garage that belongs to the adjacent building. Because we have to pay extra for this garage, we charge a small extra fee per night ($5) plus a refundable garage key deposit.
