Built on the top of a hill, the house has a beautiful view of both the central mountain range, in which on clear mornings you can see the imposing Nevado del Tolima, as well as beautiful sunsets and guaduales. Surrounded by an exhberant Forest Garden and with dozens of species of birds that visit the garden since dawn. Its elegant decoration evokes the history and the footprint of the old coffee plantation, and also offers all the comforts for guests to feel at ease. It has six (6) spacious rooms, living rooms and a couple of private terraces. All rooms have bathrooms (interior or adjoining), furniture of exquisite taste, exuberant vases and original cots dressed in impeccable white linen. The generous distribution of the space, the evocative decoration with vintage pieces and the surrounding nature are also present in all the rooms. The kitchen is a central space of the house that reflects the taste of the owners for the gastronomy and the coexistence with the forest- yard. With more than 50 square meters of extension, a functional design that takes advantage of the beauty and goodness of the guadua, large mesons in cement masonry and mud tablet floor, the cozy kitchen (decorated with traditional china and pre-Columbian pieces) is open towards a forest of heliconids, a pair of samanes and an old plum tree, that attract birds that come for the banana and plantain every day in their trough. The exterior of the house is a unique space for recreation and relaxation. At the other end of the garden there is a nice bamboo kiosk, with a cozy living room, armchairs and space for six (6) hammocks and a small dining room / game table. This delicious space connects with a large terrace equipped for sunbathing, with an unforgettable view of pastures, cattle and centenary samanes. It is the ideal place for the owners to do yoga and enjoy the starry nights of the Coffee Axis. A swimming pool has been installed a few meters away. Surrounded by a beautiful and dense vine, it is an ideal space to cool off surrounded by the lush garden. The property will be rented entirely to your group.
