Lovely beach house enjoying one of THE best locations in Pavones. Your toes in the sand + the dreamy long left hander are less than 200m away! Set by the river Rio Claro its a 1min barefoot walk to the beach, 2-5 mins to all shops and restaurants. Enjoy privacy + stunning mature gardens, from the hammock or sofas! Parking, outdoor rain shower, board rack, good Wifi, A/C in bedrooms, hot water, and maybe some fresh coconuts, yuca, pineapples or mangos depending on the time of year you visit! The house has a great outdoor terrace which is the place to be... relaxing on the sofas or in the hammocks, online using the house wifi and/or listening to the birds or butterflies in the garden, looking at the mango, papaya or coconut trees etc. It truly is paradise. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven , mini grill ,fridge freezer and kettle etc. Two double bedrooms both with A/C , one with fitted wardrobes and a safe. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower, with hot water (not a suicide shower... for those who know what that is... and for those who dont, you dont want to!) , whilst there is also a fantastic new outdoor cold water shower with board rack, ideal for freshening up and showering throughout the day. Parking onsite. the beach is 1 minute away, the supermarkets less than 5mins, restaurants 2 mins ... all walking Its all about the beach life, amazing waves and nature. There are 4 supermarkets in town, a selection of little cafes and restaurants to suit most tastes.
