Jaco Park Loft (JP51)

Condo 51 located at Jaco Park has two bedrooms, is equipped for an affordable vacation in Costa Rica. It is one block away from the beach and town of Jaco and all of it's amenities. Important note: Electric bill is calculated separately from rentals stays more than three days. Aditional $ 20 after 3 people. This condo is about 600 square feet but cozy and has all things needed for an affordable vacation. It is nearby all of the amenities that Jaco has to offer, such as, the beach of course, restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos, shops, cinema. It is all within walking distance. Washer and dryer very important. You will have access to the outdoor pool for your enjoyment and of course all of Jaco's amenities. I personally like guests to feel at home, so I will do everything possible so that all of your needs are satisfied for your stay. Jaco Park is a 24/7 guarded gated community which is very peaceful and people are very friendly. it is centrally located and has access to all that Jaco has to offer. Getting around is easy: you can walk, ride a bike, take a bus, take a cab, rent a car. You can take bus to the airport from Alajuela Airport to Jaco or from Jaco to the airport. There is no smoking allowed inside the Villa. The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract . You can request daily or weekly cleaning at your own request and extra charge. Electric bill is separately from Rental Fee. I also request a returnable cash security deposit of $200 for stays of 3 to 7 days and a security deposit of $400 for one month. I will return the cash deposit on the day of check out.
