Seabreeze Waterfront Cottage is located on the beautiful Sou West River just minutes away from many great beaches, golfing, and attractions! It offers 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area with large picture windows to enjoy the most stunning views. There is a large deck with a BBQ, dining area, and seating for entertainment and relaxation. Seabreeze Waterfront cottage has been recently renovated and decorated with beautiful finishes. It features a brand new Kitchen with Quartz countertops, two-tone cabinets, an Island, as well as an apron sink. 3 bedrooms with brand new furniture and decor(1 Queen bed, 2 double beds), brand new bathroom with a farmhouse/cottage feel. Laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a small utility sink. The living area features an electric fireplace as well as a 58 inch Smart TV which gives you access to cable & Wi-fi as well as Netflix. When you walk out onto the large patio you will be struck by the amazing views our property has to offer! There is a large 6 person dining area, a comfortable seating area to relax, as well as lawn chairs to soak up some Summer sun. We also have a fire pit with 6 chairs located in the front yard closer to the water. Since we are located directly on the water you may bring your own kayaks, paddle boards, or other water activities. There is also a boat slip that you are able to put your boat into just up the road about a 30 second drive from the cottage. We are offering a few beach chairs you can take to some of your favourite beaches as well as beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella. *-Located only a 20 minute drive to Cavendish which has some amazing beaches and activities. -We are a 20 minute drive into Summerside -5 minute drive to Kensington -45 minute drive to Charlottetown -9 minute drive to Clinton Hills Weddings and Events! -Close to many of the best golf courses the island have to offer. **Our address on GPS or (Hidden by Airbnb) maps is 45 River View Court, Green Gables PE C0A 1M0, however, when you pull up to our road the street name is Riverview Crescent. You will have access to the entire cottage. We will be available for any questions or concerns at any time during your stay. Our cottage is very centrally located which makes it a fantastic spot if you are looking to adventure the Island! We are surrounded by beautiful homes and cottages in a quiet neighbourhood with a very relaxing atmosphere! PEI is a very easy and beautiful place to drive around. We recommend renting a vehicle if you did not travel to PE with one so you can see the beautiful landscape of Prince Edward Island.
