Exclusive house for guests in a closed condominium with electronic gate and parking. The house basically holds three adults, but has an auxiliary bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Being able to receive a greater number of guests. Maximum 6. Guest must indicate and mark if they intend to host more than 2 people. An amount will be charged for each additional guest beyond 2 people. Guests have at their disposal the entire house for use including a full kitchen for making light meals. There are two suites: one double and one single, both with split air conditioning. The single suite also has a desk and a work chair.
