ADDITIONAL GUEST and KIDS note- An additional sleeping area is accessible by ladder, provides a place for kids to sleep and play (low ceiling). Two folding mattresses are available in hallway closet. Bedding provided upon request but recommend sleeping bags. Fit and agile adults can sleep in the loft no problem (it is about the size and shape of a triangular camping tent). A storage area for stowing luggage and hanging clothes is at the top of the staircase behind a sliding barn door. FREE PARKING for sub-compact or compact car in front of apartment. For mid-size and larger vehicles there is free street parking nearby. We ask that you carefully ensure that all parts of your vehicle are within the boundaries, otherwise we can't get out of the garage. Bicycles are welcome! The all-in-one laundry machine works great for SMALL loads - about 1/2 of what you'd fill a traditional machine with. Loads take approximately 3 hours because it washes and dries.
