Cottage for private stays of small social and family groups. We do NOT work with shared bookings, meaning the whole house will be at your disposal in complete privacy. Large single storey house -1700m² walled- with automatic gate (NO risk of leakage for Pets), green area, balcony with hammocks, large private pool: 12mx6m, in an open residential condominium on the banks of Rod. D. Peter.  03 sleeps large - 3.20 x 3.80m - with wooden floor, internal and external access facing the pool; 02 toilets properly equipped with electric showers. Living room with fireplace and sofa. Large kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven, granite countertops with sink, and properly equipped with appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner ...), small appliances and basic utensils. Portable barbecue and pic nic style collective table for outdoor use. Ambient sound. WiFi internet. The condominium streets are quiet, there is private security circulating at night and 24 hour monitoring system. Host / maintenance on all stays, CCTV monitoring. Our policy does not accept children from 01 to 11 years. Pets WITHOUT pool use, MUST BE NEGOTIATED - We do not receive Goldens.
