Greenwood Guest House, a Peaceful Oasis

Welcome to Greenwood Guest House, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath private house situated in a peaceful and expansive backyard with a pool, tennis court, and beautiful scenery. Our space is a good fit for business trips, couple vacations, and family visits. The kitchenette and laundry room make longer stays quite enjoyable. Easy access to Highway 17 and 85, 15 minute drive to San Jose airport (SJC) and 2 minute drives to either downtown Los Gatos or Saratoga. Our detached guesthouse is located in the backyard of our main house. You will find a bedroom, a full bath and a living area with a kitchenette in the 800 sq ft space. It has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the spacious living area. All furniture and appliances are updated including a 50" cable TV and Wi-Fi. The guest house has its own entrance, access to the pool/tennis court before 6pm and plenty of parking in the front courtyard. My husband and I live in the main house with our 14 year old Bichon; you may see us from time to time in the backyard. Guests have complete privacy in the guest house but the pool, tennis court and garden are shared spaces with us. Friendly upscale neighborhood. One mile from downtown Los Gatos with shops, art galleries, theater and award winning restaurants. A short drive away, downtown Saratoga features several wine tasting rooms, a Michelin starred restaurant and welcoming cafes. There are public bus stops on Highway 9, but we advise having a car to reach nearby attractions. Parking is available in our courtyard and on the quiet street. The pool is not heated nor does the hot tub operate.
