The villa is centrally located, with the airport and most popular beaches all being less than 10 minutes drive away. ELYSIAN: The villa is very spacious with over 2100 square feet (186 Sq M) of living space. The 3 bedrooms, all with air condition units, have 1 King, 2 Queen, and 1 Queen beds respectively. A convertible queen-sized sofabed in the living area provides overflow capacity for 2 additional guests. The villa can comfortably sleep 10. The quality of the furniture is exceptional - leather living room sofa set and 46' flat screen TV with DirecTV HD service in the Great Room. Panasonic Split air conditioners were selected for their exceptional quiet performance. The Great Room is also air conditioned, with 2 split 24000 BTU units. Two 12 foot doorways in the Great Room open out to the porch as well as a side terrace, allowing for a fantastic open indoor-outdoor feeling as well as opening up the villa for fresh cooling breezes to flow through. The vast expanses of glass enhance the light and airy feeling. The 32' pool has 3 depths - a shallow area which is perfect for small children and also allows you to sit or lie with your lounger in the water which allows you to stay cool while you tan and relax, a mid depth area ideal for the kids, and even the deep end is only 4 1/2' suitable for non-swimming adults. Every expected amenity is provided and more. Guests have told us that many times, they don't even want to leave the villa to go to the beach - the villa is stocked with books, DVDs, even board games so if you just want to relax and chill out in total luxury you can do so. It also comes with a gas BBQ for you to enjoy grilling your favourite dishes. SAMAAN GROVE DEVELOPMENT: The Samaan Grove Development is a gated development in Tobago, with 24 hour security at the entrance gate and night patrols by foot and vehicle. As Elysian Villa's guests, you can rest assured that you will enjoy quiet, peaceful, private and secure surroundings in which to enjoy your holiday. On mornings or evenings, you can take a walk within the compound and enjoy stopping by the mini lakes to watch the birds/ducks in and around the water. The development is ideally located, with the most popular beaches such as Store Bay & Pigeon Point to the south-west, and Grange Bay, Mt Irvine Bay & Stonehaven Bay to the north-east are all within 4-8 km and less than 10 minutes drive away. It is located off Milford Road and is close to the Crown Point area, where there is a wide range of eating choices - from ultra casual and takeout, to fine dining. Travel Directions from the airport: From the ANR Robinson International Airport, proceed east approx 3 Km along Milford Road. Turn left onto Golden Grove Road and drive approx 1 Km until you arrive at the Samaan Grove entrance and guard booth on the left. After gaining admittance from the security guard, drive into the development. Elysian Villa #69, will be on the left shortly after you pass the first bridge. Drive time from the airport is approximately 7-9 minutes. From the Port at Scarborough head west along Claude Noel Hwy towards Crown Point. You will pass Shirvan Road, then turn on to Golden Grove Road which is the second street on the right. Drive approx 1 Km until you arrive at the Samaan Grove entrance and guard booth. Drive time from the port approximately 12-15 minutes depending on traffic conditions in Scarborough. No Man's Land - a big Bonus!: For many visitors and even residents of Trinidad & Tobago, 'No Man's Land' has been a well-kept secret. This slender spit of beach was usually accessed by boat, and as a result is well known mainly to the tour boat operators, who often take their clients there for beach-side barbeques. Residents and guests of villas in the Samaan Grove Development have exclusive land-side access to this beach, since the access road can be entered only from within the development. Visitors will enjoy the peacefulness and seclusion of the idyllic and scenic location, almost completely surrounded by the waters of Buccoo Lagoon and the Buccoo Reef. The beach is ideal for children and non-swimmers, as the water is always clear and calm due to the protective reefs offshore.
