House for your whole family with the comfort of your own home while enjoying Poços de Caldas! Located 3 min drive from Thermas Antonio Carlos, our house is very spacious, airy and bright. We have three bedrooms, one suite, 3 bathrooms and parking for 4 cars. In addition, we have a living room with fireplace, bathtub to relax and a barbecue area for the whole family, with electric oven and plenty of space. Bakery and supermarkets nearby and easy access in the city! We have cable TV in the room and Smartv, we also have Wifi for you to be connected during your stay. The kitchen is equipped to make your stay pleasant, and you can use our leisure area for barbecues and enjoy your afternoons! We have a security system with cameras that is available to our guests! We want our guests to have a great stay and enjoy our city just as we do! :) We can give tips on sights, restaurants and activities in the city! Our guests will have access to the whole house! We will be responsible for welcoming you, showing you how the security system works and we are always a phone call away. The house is 2 minutes from Café Concerto and Palace Hotel Square. You can walk on the bike and walking trail on Avenida to the center and enjoy our beautiful trees and landscape. The Municipal Park is a three-minute drive and is a very peaceful place for a picnic and good day in the sun. We have a bakery located on the corner and supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers very close. Poços is a city with beautiful views! Do not miss the walk to Christ, the paraglyder ramp, our thermal baths and massages! And if you want more adventures, we always have our waterfalls, trails and lots of people enjoying all that by bike. If you don't have a bike, we have contacts for those who rent by day. It's worth taking advantage of! And don't miss our Christmas decoration at the end of the year !!!! Poços de Caldas twon Center is very flat, so you can walk and discover shops, cafés and restaurants by foot. But some tourist spots can be quite mountainous, but there are no difficulties to drive with our calm traffic and you houldn't have any problems to park. We have a bus stop in front of our house and we can provide information on timetables and lines if needed.
