Our BED & BREAKFAST is located in a quite wooded area with magnificent sunsets from your suite. ONLY ONE QUEEN BED. You can enjoy the sounds of nature around you, go on one of the many hiking trails Idyllwild has to offer, go shopping or just lounge on your own balcony and read. In Suite snacks, coffee and tea to enjoy. IF YOU WANT A SECOND BED YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 PER NIGHT OF YOUR STAY. Hope to see you soon. This home is 4 scenic miles north of the Village of Idyllwild off of Hwy 243. A bright green sign with the Street name Fosteriyah is on the right hand side of Hwy if you are coming from the village of Idyllwild, turn there and there is the only one larger home on that street. If you enjoy nature and the mountains, you will love this comfortable Suite I have for you. This home is in the middle of a forest with a vast view, a lake near by, mountain trails to explore, the quaint village to check out with delicious restaurants that serve good food. You have a private balcony which you can read and enjoy the nature around you, sip coffee, relax or take beautiful pictures to enjoy later. Crickets will lull you to sleep and you will be tempted to sleep all day, but you can't because of all the "mountain things" you will want to do. The guests have access to their own small private balcony off their bedroom with only the forest to enjoy looking at or they may enjoy the Tree Top deck for reading, lounging, coffee etc. Guests have their own private bathroom and open lounge for reading, resting and enjoying their breakfast in with a million dollar view. From the balcony they may possibly see a deer scampering by or a hawk flying at your eye level. Trail heads for walking are near by if you enjoy hiking. We enjoy visiting with our guests to get to know them so we can understand what they enjoy doing and can better guide them if they choose. We enjoy the wilderness and natural surroundings of our home. We have neighbors, but you can't see them. The sky is so bright at night and the stars twinkle beautifully. Off the decks you can see city lights of Fontana in the distance. Sometimes the cloud covers the lower altitude but we can have bright sunshine in the mountains. We have been told it is a million dollar view. The sunset views are magnificent if you are here to catch them. You do have to provide your own transportation or love walking. There is ample parking on the property and easy access to the home. Come on up and see us. Their are motion lights that come on at night, so you won't be in dark here on this beautiful mountain property. The village of Idyllwild is a small place with many interesting little shops in it. It has many forms of art all over it. The people are friendly, there are many churches to choose from if you want to go to any, there are some excellent restaurants and some just average. Many evenings the Art Institute will be presenting very good productions you are invited to as their guests for free. We have a small theater that has first rate films and a good ice cream and candy shop if that suits you just next door to the theater. Just remember everything is quaint, no "big city things" here except good food in the restaurants. A laid back friendly village with lots of smiles to go around if you pass out your own smile.
