The villa incl. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main house. In the back, there is also a small apt. with 1 bedroom & bathroom. The apt. is on the same property as the villa, next to the pool. The open kitchen, dining, living area is very light and has a beautiful view on the back yard with covered porch. The house is fully airconditioned. The kitchen is open and comes fully equipped. The kitchen is connected to the living room. The living room is very light and has a beautiful view on the back yard, including the pool, gazebo and little apartment. In the backyard, there a BBQ set and gazebo for you and your guests to enjoy. There is also a washing machine and dryer to clean your clothes. 126m2 living space with covered terrace 58m2 apartment approx 32m2 and 30m2 covered terrace gazebo 16m2. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a large covered porch and view of the pool. Perfect as a guest house. In the front of the house there is plenty of room to park a few cars.
