Guests will have access to the entire property in full privacy. We will be available 24/7 and will strive to help you at your request. Our chalet, Villa Tranquilidad, is located in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood where you will be able to walk safely and enjoy clean fresh air day and night all year round. Villa Tranquilidad is located just two minutes away from Route #2, which is the main highway that connects San German to the southern San Juan metropolitan area along the south coast of Puerto Rico in less than two hours. You can park your car inside the property. Inside the chalet you will enjoy spacious interiors and an open view of the exterior scenery through glass windows all around the house. You will also enjoy cross ventilation that keeps the inside comfortable, in addition ceiling fans have been installed in all bedrooms and common areas. Evenings are cooler on account of the breeze that flows down from the chain of mountains along the center of the Island. We have some special facilities for ailing guests and the property is located just five minutes away from hospital, shopping mall, historic sites and a water fun park.
