This is a big country-house with private vineyards. Separated from the main home, there are three "casitas". Overseeing the hills there is a fireplace room with sofas inside and outside in the veranda, stretched the entire frontage of the house. Downstairs the deck there is a bar area and the large pool. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area.There is a game room with a deck stretched the entire side of the tennis court, and a lounge with fireplace overseeing the vineyards. This is a big country-house. There is a large kitchen. In the kitchen there is a cook table and a side by side refrigerator. The kitchen is next to the dinning and living room. In the dining room there is a table with 12 chairs. The living room is integrated with the dining room. There is a big TV, a sofa and two armchairs in the living room. There is a game room with a deck stretched the entire side of the tennis court, and a lounge with fireplace overseeing the private vineyards of syrah grapes (the house made its own wine). There are also a bocce ball court, badmington court and a basketball ring. Fireplace Lounges, pool, kitchen, living and dinning room, barbecue area, and sports courts. House owner is a winemaker! He's always around and available to guide you through his vineyards, do a wine tasting or just chat and socialize. The house is located in a gate community with several attractions walking distance. Viracopos Airport is 14km away from the house. Bus Public transportation pass in front of the gate community, where is the house located. There are several pave roads around to explore several close by activities, outlets, wineries, breweries, "cachaçarias", tropical fruit circuit, farms, restaurants, etc ... Wine experience tour and tasting is available by appointment.
