Relax in casa Bambú in Turrubares.

Our comfortable, , cob house is situated in a small neighborhood on the countryside, but easy to reach with a car . It´s a wonderful place to rest and work surrounded by nature: mountains, mango trees, the sound of birds and scarlet macaws flying over. We live in a rural house made out of bamboo and cob . The room we rent is inside the house and has 1 double bed and a fan. You can ask for an extra matress for the third person, or we offer another room with an individual bed for an extra of $10. The bathroom and separate toilet in the house are shared. We have a large good equipped kitchen , which guests may use for cooking . We also off served breakfast and lunch if the guest wants. Furthermore there is a dining, living and computer area and a laundry room with an automatic washer. There is internet and WiFi (20mb). The house has a big parking lot and is surrounded by a large garden full of plants and fruit trees (during April and May you can pick mangos as much as you want).. The owner lives with her family in the house . Our house is a wonderfull place to rest surrounded by nature: view on the mountains, mangotrees, the sound of birds and scarlet macaws flying over. Its a very small rural neighorhood with great hiking places and cool rivers to refresh. There are some small restaurants which offers tipical food. In the nearby small town ( 10 minutes drive) are supermarkets, cafetaria and shops. It´s only one hour drive to the beach, and one hour to the capital city, San José. Known places as Manuel Antonio, Jaco and Monteverde are easy to reach.. . The owner also offers transportation to the next village (10 minutes drive) or to the rivers when needed. For the moment there is no public transportation.
