San Blas Beach House - Beautiful home on the sand!

San Blas Surfhouse is located right on a beautiful sandy beach in El Salvador. Waves year round; good for surfing and boogie boarding in 85 degree ocean water temperature. Whale watching, fishing, and deep sea fishing are also available. Swim in our beautiful pool, ride a horse on the beach, and watch the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the porch. Eat at a nearby excellent restaurant, or cook your own food in the kitchen, take a siesta on a hammock. You decide, you're on vacation! The San Blas oceanfront property features 3 unique spaces: Surfhouse San Blas (San Blas Beach House - Beautiful home on the sand!) Surfhouse San Blas' Guest House (Comfortable Surf House on a Sandy Beach) The Casita The surf house is a 5 bedroom beach front home with 3 ocean facing rooms on a large oceanfront complex. Likely you will be sharing the parking area and the pool with other renters and casita guests. The caretaker and his family also live in a residence onsite. There is also a change the owners will be in the private casita in the back of the property but you would not even know they are there! Otherwise you have total privacy!! The San Blas oceanfront property features 3 unique spaces: The Owners Home The Casita The Guest House When booking the main house we will close off the casita and guest house to other renters. However, the owners may be staying on site in either of the other 2 houses which means that if he is there you will be sharing the pool and beach access with him and any of his family that might be on site. If he is not there then you will have complete privacy. If you need extra space ask us about renting the other houses. San Blas Surf House is located right on the sand! Walk, bus, car rental, taxi As the SBSH is on a large beachfront property, quiet time starts at 10pm The gate to the beach will be locked for security reasons after 8pm.
