New luxury apartment in the nicest neighborhood of San Jose. Two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms. Modern open kitchen and breakfast bar. The building has excellent amenities such as a fully equipped gym, parking space, and playground. The apartment is near supermarkets, banks, restaurants, the Sabana Metropolitan Park, the National Stadium, etc. Great for medical tourism, business travelers, or anyone who wants to visit San Jose. The apartment is located in a neighborhood with the highest demand in real estate at the moment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, next to parks, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and near the main highways. The building was recently constructed and has wonderful amenities such as a playground and green area in the second floor, and a fully equipped gym in the ground floor. There is a doorman 24/7 and a roofed parking space. The apartment is very spacious and completely new, with lots of natural illumination, big windows, and high ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and sink. Cable TV is available in the living room, WiFi is available in the entire apartment. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, A/C, a closet, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a closet and a bunk bed with one full size and one twin size mattress. Both bathrooms come with the essentials and rain showers. The living room has a couch, where one person can sleep in. Six people can comfortably sleep in this apartment. If you need any additional requirements, such as a crib for your children, please let me know. There is a pedestrian entrance and a car entrance separate from each other, for your own comfort. Due to COVID-19 and local health regulations, common areas in condominiums have some restrictions. You may access the gym, with a reservation. If you would like to use the gym, please let the guard know. Opening hours are: Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Gym is closed on weekends. Once the reservation has been made, the guard will open the door. The playground is open. The hot tub and BBQ area are currently closed. playground, gym, parking space. There is a pedestrian entrance and a car entrance separate from each other, for your own comfort. The guard will open the pedestrian door the first day you arrive and inside the apartment you will find a key to continue entering on your own. Co-host and I are reachable at any time of the day. Rohrmoser is a secure and pleasant neighborhood right in the heart of San Jose. You can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, banks, and shops. It is also a great place if you need to drive anywhere in the city. The area is a very quiet one, with lots of green. There are two parks, each is one block away from the building. The biggest park in San Jose, La Sabana, is about four blocks away. These are great for exercise or just walking around. The National Stadium is also four blocks away. Very easy to get a taxi or UBER in the area. I prefer UBER. There are many bus stations that go anywhere in the city. Walking is also an option, as you can find several things nearby. This is a FAMILY oriented residential building. Sexual tourism is not permitted. Please use appropriate behavior in the common areas and please respect your neighbors. AC is in the main bedroom Sometimes, you may find mosquitoes and ants that wander into the apartment. We try our best to eliminate them, but I can’t guarantee that the apartment is 100% bug free. Please remember that Costa Rica has a tropical weather and is a perfect environment for mosquitoes and ants. It is part of being in this country. If you find sugar ants, please don’t think the house is not clean, it’s just very hard to live in a bug free environment. With just one crumb ants will appear. We will not give refunds because of presence of bugs. Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund. Addresses in Costa Rica are complicated. We will give you the name to type in Waze and Maps, which should let you arrive without a problem. It is very important that you read the check in instructions before your arrival. It is out of our control if the taxi driver does not want to use Waze or Maps.
