The location is ideal for easy access to ski resorts, hiking up water fall canyons and city centers including Salt Lake, Ogden, Farmington Station, Lagoon and Hill AFB. Private space This beautifully decorated guest house sits in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of your own home. A fully furnished kitchen, family area 2 bedrooms, bath and a washer and dryer in the unit to help make your time away from home easy. This space sleeps 4 with one King bed and one Queen. If there are more than 4 people we can bring in two floor matresses for extra quests. ($10 per person per night) As an above garage space you will have your own private access(This means there are stairs), AC, Heat, large screen TV, Dish Network, and fast WIFI, so work is simple and convenient. New furnishings will make you feel pampered. This private guest house includes a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bed), private bathroom, family room, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Guests have full private access with their own entry and parking. We live in the house attached to the guest house. We both work from home so if something is needed we are close and easy to get in touch with. We are always happy to give you the insights of the area. Where to eat, where to play and the locals method to getting to it. What a great place to live and visit! With over 11 ski resorts with 1 hour and the Olympic resort where you can try your down hill only 20 miles away you are set for fun. Conveniently located there are tons of restaurants, movie theaters, arts, lakes for skiing and rivers for fishing. Grocery stores, and shopping only minutes away. We are close, but not too close, to Highway 89 and I-15. From here it is easy to go to Salt Lake, Ogden, Ski resorts, hiking, and many other activities. You can take light rail downtown or from the airport to Layton where you can rent a car. Utah is a big state to explore and we can show you how to get there!
