Smart 3BR in Trendy Astoria - 8 min to N/W Subway

IMPORTANT - WHILE NYC REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT I LIST THIS AS A "SHARED SPACE" AND MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT AS THE ON PREMISES LANDLORD, I DO NOT EXPECT TO ACCESS OR MAKE USE OF THE APARTMENT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY. This second-floor 3-BR apartment in trendy Astoria is designed to feel like home on your visit to NYC. Short walks to restaurants, cafes, and the N/W subway make it the perfect base for exploring Manhattan and Queens. The lovingly cared for unit is prepared to host you with clean towels and linens, WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen, 59" Smart TV w/ streaming cable, washer/dryer and coffee for sunrise. The fully-furnished apartment is comprised of one Queen bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds (one a trundle bed), and a small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, each room with its own separately controlled heat and air conditioning. I continue to add features and carefully selected decor, so expect some additions to what is seen in the pictures. I own this two-family building and live on the first floor with my lovely wife. The neighborhood is safe and the street especially quiet for NYC. Please no smoking indoors, no pets and no parties or events, and no unannounced guests. Please respect the property as you would your own, and kindly conserve energy by shutting off lights, TV and heat/AC when leaving the residence. While it's my pleasure to meet all of our guests, access to the apartment is controlled remotely through the August app and a door code, so check-in may be done remotely. I've lived in Astoria for 10+ years and am happy to provide as much or as little help and advice as desired. If minor or major disaster strikes, I live downstairs and will make myself available. Astoria is a safe, trendy NYC neighborhood that has managed to retain its old-school charm. Highlights include incredible food (above all) from around the world, parks, museums and other activities, and easy access to midtown Manhattan. Ditmars Blvd. and 30th Avenue are both bustling neighborhood boulevards with amazing restaurants, trendy cafes, shops, grocers, butchers, fish mongers, etc. You'll find a neighborhood guide in the apartment that I created, listing many of my favorites in the area. I'm happy to be of assistance in any way and let you know about some local neighborhood gems. The house is about an 8-12 minute walk to the N/W subway , 15 minute walk to the NYC Ferry (Astoria Landing stop), and 15 minute cab ride to Manhattan and Laguardia. A super-convenient Citi-Bike station is located about 100 yds away just around the corner from the apartment. JFK can be reached in 30-50 minutes, traffic dependent.
