Enjoying a tropical location overlooking the water of Laguna MarinaWaterlands Village's Villa de Agua 7 (formerly Casa Ton) is a very comfortable, luxurious and charming waterfront cottage overlooking Kralendijk's lagoon, Laguna Marina. The cottage was modernized in 2021 and is fully equipped. Enjoy the peace and sun on the terrace, the pelicans diving into the water, iguanas lying in the sun or turtles coming up to the surface to take a breath. From the front of the cottage, the large communal pool is directly accessible. Te Amo Beach around the cornerThis lovely home is only a few hundred meters from the famous Te Amo Beach, where our guests can enjoy fantastic snorkeling and only a 5-minute drive to / from the center of Kralendijk with some of the best restaurants on the island. Most dive spots are close and easy to reach, you just walk into the water. The windsurfing and kutesurfing beaches of Sorobon and Atlantis are a 10-minute drive to the south. Two bedrooms with private bathroomThe house is spacious and practically furnished. The living room, with well-equipped kitchen, overlooks the large, covered waterfront terrace. There are two large bedrooms, both with their own bathroom with rain shower. The master bedroom has its own toilet, the other bedroom has a separate toilet. The living room has a spacious loft where there is a third double bed. A fifth and sixth guest can possibly sleep here. The loft is in open connection with the living room. Outdoor shower with cooling breezeNext to the house is a large outdoor area with an outdoor shower. There is the possibility to rinse and hang out diving equipment. The space is large enough to do some reading or sunbathing on a lounger, while a cool breeze blows through this area.
