Great Apt. 2mins from Leblon beach

Our cool and comfortable one bedroom apartment is in the best location between the two exclusive neighborhoods of Leblon and Ipanema with high quality shopping, bars, restaurants, and cinemas - and of course the world famous beaches close at hand! The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and comfortable living room. The living room has a sofa bed which opens up to make a double bed or three single beds, and also a dining area with table and seating for 4 people. We have our own wireless broadband internet and Sky cable TVs in the living room and bedroom. There is a fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils required to enjoy living here, including a blender, dishes, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, 4 ring stove and oven, and toaster. There is a bathroom with toilet, marble sink and separate large shower enclosure and water heater. We have wall mounted air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. There are also ceiling fans. Towels and linen are provided, and we have a new washer and dryer machine in the drying area. There is also an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer! The building has two lifts and wheelchair access. I live 3 blocks from the apartment and I use my mobile phone and house phone on all the time and also my email adress available for any question . The see and the lake very near to the condominium. Prices will vary depending on the time of the year. During the peak periods of Christmas, New Year, and Carnival, and during mega-events such as the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Olympics, prices are likely to be higher. For longer stays the daily rate will be lower. The best approach is to tell us what you need and we will put together the best package we can.
