You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, the neighborhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This quiet 2nd floor Studio apartment (with private full BA) is bright and big and in the rear of our house with its own private entrance - almost 500sf of space. To access the unit, please go around to the right of the house to the backyard whereupon you can go up the back stairs to your own entrance. You can have your own private parking spot too! Convenient to Yale and I-95. Explore Silver Sands State Park, restaurants and dining. There is a small kitchen as part of the Studio and we have a BBQ in the private backyard for guests. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, the neighborhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The Studio has a Queen size bed and we can provide a queen size air mattress (upon request) to accommodate more people. There is a couch for comfort, and desk and chair if you want to do work with access to WiFi. The Studio has a coffee maker and an efficiency kitchen with a microwave, hotplate, toaster oven, sink and compact refrigerator. The private backyard has a BBQ grill and is available for guest use. There is a great, small Greek restaurant (The Greek Spot) next door (in season) for your convenience! Also Silver Sands State Park is at the end of the street (about 100-150 yards (my guess?) for you to explore. From the front of the house, you will have unobstructed views of Charles Island, the beach and water. Also, walk right across the street and grab a spot on the beach, stroll up and down the beach or right over to Silver Sands State Park. We use a keypad entry system on the door leading to the apartment unit. When you confirm your reservation and upon your arrival, we will provide you with the 4-digit number to enter into the keypad. To unlock, enter the 4-digit number followed by the [Lock] icon on the keypad. To lock the apartment, simply press the [Lock] icon on the keypad. The property is close to downtown Milford (~5 minutes) and I-95. Yale is nearby. Street parking is available. We are right next door if you need any help or information about the area and amenities. Restaurant next door & plenty more a short drive away in downtown Milford. Street parking available in front of the house. Great for couples, families & small groups. Yale University is a 15-20 minute drive. Train to NYC takes about 90 minutes. Arena at Harbor Yard is only 10 miles away. Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods are 75 minutes away. We are conveniently located close to Yale University, I-95, downtown Milford, but most of all to the beach! You will have unobstructed views of Charles Island, the beach and water. Also, walk right across the street and grab a spot on the beach, stroll up and down the beach or right over to Silver Sands State Park. We have a queen size air mattress or a portable crib available to be reserved upon booking if you would like to accommodate up to a total of 4 adults or a family of 4.
