This house is setup with backup power so guests will have 24/7/365 electricity and water which is very important to know for vacation rentals in Dominican Republic. Every room (including the living room) has solid air conditioning. ****New**** We just setup smart speakers throughout the Villa, and upgraded to a much faster internet connection!!! ****New**** The Space: •6 Bedrooms w/ air conditioning in every bedroom + the living room •Smart Audio Speakers all around the place •Queen beds in each bedroom •Backup water and electricity (Very important feature when you are staying in the DR) With this listing you are renting the entire villa. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire villa, the backyard, and pool. Additional Guests are allowed but are your responsibility and cannot exceed more than 12 at any given time. The Neighborhood: We are in El Batey Sosua which is the downtown Sosua Area near Ahnvee Resort. The villa is located in an area that is walkable / close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions but is also far enough away that you don't have to deal with the noise and other nuisances of the downtown area. Getting Around: Getting around is easy because: • There is just 10 minutes walking distance to the downtown area • The abundant availability of taxis and mototaxis. We also can make things easier for you with taxi services recommendation as well as our one way airport transfer service and our private chauffeur services. Interaction with Guests: I won't be around but someone is always nearby to help. We also provide cleaning every other day.
