In San Isidro there are several supermarkets and shops for pretty much anything you might need. Sample Review from another listing site: "To sit out on the balcony with a coffee in the morning, watch the toucans fly from one tree to another, hear the birds and insects all going about their day and be surrounded by gorgeous flowers and plants...well....pure heaven! The only problem was the house, pool and gardens were TOO nice - it was a wrench to drag the kids (and me!) away to go explore the beauty of Costa Rica!! Glad we stayed 10 days as it gave us time to do both. If you want to relax and also do some hiking and exploring, this is the place to be."
