The Patio Fireplace Bed Room

This is a large private room (14' x 24') with Queen size bed, fireplace, couch, table & chairs, amoire and dresser. The room has a private entrance and opens to a Tuscan style patio. Bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and toaster (shared with one other house guest). 30 minute train to Manhattan. The room offers a great deal of privacy and sunshine. The private entrance opens to a Tuscan style patio. There is access to a kitchenette for light food preparation. Guests will have access to the terrace, patio, gardens and grounds. For the comfort of our guests any request to invite a visitor to our home must be discussed with, and permission obtained, from your host beforehand. There are no exceptions. The neighborhood is described as upscale, with houses on an acre or more of property. A nature preserve with walking paths and a park with picnic and sporting activities are within walking distance of the house. We've been told this is an ideal location for golfers visiting one of the many surrounding golf courses and for NYC dwellers who want to get away for a weekend to discover and enjoy the beauty, vineyards and other activities of the Hudson Valley region.
