Beach front property - Rustic Cabin

4-room cabin located steps away from a sandy beach, surrounded by Mango's trees that provide an excellent and fresh environment in the property. All rooms have A/C. 25 min drive from Liberia Airport. 4-room cabin with two bathrooms, 1 shower room and with kitchen. ---Room Description-- Room #1. Main room, with Queen bed and a twin bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and a 32" smart TV. Room #2. Two twin beds with air conditioner, ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. Room #3. Two twin beds with air conditioner, ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. Room #4. NEW Room with queen bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. During 2017, we did some updates to the cabin, such as a new room, new floors, new windows, tv's for all rooms and general maintenance. We try to keep our cabin nice for our guest by doing small updates over time. There is space to park up to 3 cars in the property, is possible to park more but first ask if you are coming in more than 3 cars. This cabin is our beach house. We live 4 hours away from it, but there is a guy in charge of maintenance that will have contact with our guests, and provide any help needed (spanish only), but phones will be available for any assistance. There are grocery stores nearby, one less than half mile away, and a bigger one a mile away. You can find restaurants near the property some are beach front and others one block away. Most of restaurants focus in sea food but you can find Costa Rica typical food two blocks away. Also, companies that offer fishing, snorkeling and others water activities like "the banana" or Jet Ski are near the property with different budgets. 20 -25 min away from the Liberia Airport. 4 Hours away from the San Jose Airport. The road to come here is safe and four-wheel drive is not needed at all. There is public transportation once a day to San Jose early in the morning and the stop is 2 blocks away from the house. The property is cover by Mango trees, so depending on the season is common to have monkeys in the property. Just to clarify, they are friendly :).
