Solar da Ponte Verde (The Green Bridge House)

Our house is near Itaipava for shopping, restaurants, nightlife. It is also close to the highway down to Rio (about one and a half hours by car). We enjoy a special ambience, light, spectacular mountain views, tranquility and closeness to nature. We are inside a protected nature reserve with security gate. FULL SERVICE of an excellent cook/maid and housekeeper (caseiro) during daytime hours is included in the daily rate. We are in a small closed condominium (condominio fechado). Large glass picture windows provide stunning views of the mountains all around the property which can also be enjoyed from our pool deck and several verandas. Our house enjoys considerable privacy, with neighbors several hundred meters away. We have parking for four cars. Our assistant(s) will be there to help, while allowing you the space you would like to enjoy the tranquility of the property. Masks are required when interacting with them. Our area is very quiet, tranquil and safe, far from and much higher than the city center. At an altitude of 3300 feet (1.100 meters) above sea level, it has gorgeous views of Maria Comprida mountain (6,000 feet) and the Serra dos Orgãos National Park which has been featured in National Geographic magazine for its beauty. Arrival by car is recommended, as public transportation is not closely available. We have parking for you on our property. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property, please.
